Free Recipe Tom's Italian Potatoes

Great with Garlic Ginger Hamburgers, Serves 4 people.

Scrub 4 medium Russett Potatoes and slice into 4 to 6 wedges. Microwave for 6 minutes.

In a Bowl large enough to hold the potatoes

Mix:

1/4 cup Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Italian Herb Seasoning

1 TBSP garlic powder

Salt and Pepper to Taste.

Add Potatoe Wedges, marinate a few minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Taste Testing at 30 minutes is approved here.
