1) Gill & Finn, Inc. also has been doing business as Fabbri & Associates since 1994. We represent our own line of etched fish and wildlife sand-etched glassware and other high end gift ware product lines. Our customer contact number is toll free (800) 777-7062. 2) Privacy Policy. Gill & Finn, Inc., employs strict confidentiality procedures and never under any circumstances would share, sell or in any other way give out or expose any of our client/customer information. This includes but is not limited to, physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card information, mailing information, purchase information, entry point or links, etc.

Gill & Finn, Inc. does not store in any form "original" order information that reflects any client/customer personal credit card information.

We are a YAHOO store. YAHOO prides itself on security. All credit card information is deleted within a short time period by YAHOO security systems from our system.

3) Shipping Policy: We ship via UPS within 48 states and Canada. Our system is connected directly to UPS WorldShip. When the customer fills in the order form, it will reflect the exact shipping fee to be billed to the customer. We never charge "handling" fees.

4) Refund or Cancellation Policy. We guarantee the quality of our products. Our Customers may return any purchase in the same condition it was shipped to them within 2 weeks of receipt of the item by them for any reason. A copy of their order or reference to a Gill & Finn, Inc. order number is required.

We request that customers contact us toll free at (800) 777-7062 about any return so we can be aware that it will be arriving. A full refund is issued at the time it is received at our facility. Returns may be sent via UPS or FEDEX ONLY to: Gill & Finn, Inc., 237 Poker Bar Road, Douglas City, CA 96024, Atten: Alexis. The US postal service will not deliver to our physical address. If using the USPO, please ship to Gill & Finn, P.O. Box 237, Douglas City, CA 96024.

In the event of breakage by UPS, gillandfinn.com dba Gill & Finn, Inc., dba Fabbri & Associates is responsible to replace or cancel the order as the client wants.
