Tom's Ginger Garlic Cedar Planked Hamburgers

A wonderful, delicious, mouth watering Free Cedar Plank Recipe for Hamburgers, you must try especially if you like spicy ginger and garlic recipes. This recipe may be increased Proportionately.

Combine in a mixing bowl:

1 Pound Ground Sirloin or Low Fat Ground Beef

1 Tablespoon finely grated fresh Ginger

1 Tablespoon finely grated fresh Garlic

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Create 2 to 4 patties depending on appetites. Bake or Grill on the appropriate Cedar Plank to desired well done, medium, etc. Each oven and grill differ so use your own judgment.

Serve on Buns, also grilled for about one minute, with all of your favorite garnishes and sauces like fresh Romaine lettuce, Tomatoes, Cedar Planked Onions and Peppers (Recipe follows) Avacado...Just be creative.
