The style of Salt Glazed Stoneware is created through a unique blending of the ancient art of salt glazing and a personal design aesthetic by master potter, Ron Garfinkel. Ron's work has been published many times and is collected world-wide.

Made in the USA, each sturdy piece is touched by hand 18 times before the process is complete. Each item will vary in color and texture. This is what Monroe Salt does... it is this variation that makes salt glaze pottery so rich and dynamic.
